this page is black. there is a reason for that. it is an aphorism of school. black. dreary. cold. depressing. who really wants to be here anyways? probably that little kid in the highwater pants sitting in the front row...

Ever Notice How School Almost Spells Cool, but not Quite?

I, Matthew Kaake, go to the Pittsford Area schools. I'm guessing that because of my age, one of two things will happen.

1) You will never read this part of the page, or

2) I will have to have a parent/guardian sign a waiver for putting personal information of myself online. That's a no-no.

Anyways, on with the show!

Well here's a quick rundown of school on an average day, for me, your average joe.

I go to my first class. About an hour later, I get up and go to my next class. About an hour and ten minutes later, I find my way to the class after that. Then I go and eat lunch in that room. The lunch room. After lunch, I go to class. And after that class is over, i go to my next class. And after that class, I find myself in the last class of the day. That happens to be computer science. The very class that I'm in right now. But don't be deceived. Just because i'm in it right now dosen't mean that i'm in it while you're reading this. that would just be silly.

but!!

here's what my day is actually like.

First hour lands me in Lit class, which can be a fun little class. Especially when it gets visited by HeMan and his trusty tiger (what's his name?).

Second hour puts me in government class. Now there's one for ya. If you're reading this, chances are you know me, so you know how scary it would be for me to go into politics. I think the worst part about it is that I would actually do good in politics.

Third hour is the bayne of my existence. moving right along.

Fourth hour is realllly fun because it's an independant study (in cad) and I don't have any teachers breathing down my neck...

Fifth hour is almost fun. Physics. It can be fun. We'll just say it has it's moments. but we're really happy when we leave, because

Sixth hour has air conditioning. Computer Science. Nice easy class. Air Conditioning, and the only semi-comfortable seats in the entire school. A pretty good deal if you ask me.
